Challenge
A restaurant needed a complete ordering, reservation, and kitchen system that was not available as an off-the-shelf WordPress plugin.
Solution
Five custom WordPress plugins: pickup, delivery, and table orders; live reservations; KDS; owner dashboard; and customer area with WhatsApp notifications.
Technical stack
PHP, WordPress, real-time updates, and the Callbell API.
Outcome
A private system used in the restaurant’s daily operations.
